Custom Prints are now available for any of the wildlife images you see on this web site. I print each individual print as it's ordered on Canon's professional printer, the Pro9000, an 8-color printer. Since it is printed as ordered, I can make it just as you want it, at the size you want, with or without a border. If you have a special frame such as an oval or square, I will make every effort to crop the image for a good fit.

Keep in mind that requests for a specific size of an image may alter the total image. Below is the same image as above cropped to different sizes so you can get an idea of what cropping does to the overall image. Of course, this will vary also depending on the size of the image to start with. With this Crested Caracara, I started with an image that was 11 x 14 inches in size. See the above image for the 10 x 12 inch cropping.
In this example to the left, the Crested Caracara image has been cropped to a 10 x 12 inch size and matted to fit in a 14 x 16 inch frame.

Please note that I do not sell mattes or frames -- only the finished print.

The image has now been cropped to fit a round frame.
Paper:

Discount paper is not used. These prints are my pride and joy and they will only be printed on the finest paper. All of these papers are acid free and archival quality. I offer 4 choices:

Canon's Museum Itching Paper -- This is a very heavy, 93 lb, 22.4mil thick, slightly rough matte paper which gives the images a beautiful finish like a fine gallery print. This paper is so heavy that no mounting board is necessary. This is the highest quality paper available for these prints.

Red River's Aurora Fine Art Paper -- This lovely 13.5mil thick matte paper comes in both a very white and a natural finish. It is classified as semi-smooth and has 100% cotton rag content.

Red River's Linen Paper -- This 62 lb matte paper gives an elegant and subtle linen-look finish to the image.

Red River's Arctic Polar Satin -- If you want a slight luster to the image, then this is the paper for you. It is not a high gloss, but just a soft lovely satin finish. It's a heavy 66 lb, 10.5mil thick.

Pricing Structure:

The following prices are for standard sizes. If you email me with your request, I will email you back with a firm quote. If you choose Museum Itching Paper, an additional $3.00 will be added to the cost of each print.

5 x 7 = $6.00

8 x 10 -- $12.00

11 x 14 -- $24.00

Shipping Costs: Between 1 and 3 prints, up to and including 8 x 10 inch size = $3.50

Between 1 and 3 prints over 8 x 10 inch in size -- $4.50
